Refund policy

At Zida Noire, every piece of jewellery is carefully inspected and packaged with care. We want you to love your purchase, but if there’s an issue, we’ll do our best to make it right.


1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns or exchanges only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items received.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided.

  • You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

After 7 days, we’re unable to accept returns, exchanges, or refund requests.


2. Items Not Eligible for Return

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Earrings or piercing products

  • Items showing signs of wear or damage after delivery

  • Products purchased during sale or promotional periods (unless defective)

  • Gift cards or digital products


3. How to Request a Return

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at zidanoire@gmail.com with:

  • Your full name and order number

  • Clear photos or videos of the issue

  • A short description of the problem

Our team will review your request within 2–3 business days and confirm the next steps.


4. Return Shipping

Once your return is approved:

  • You’ll receive the return address and detailed instructions.

  • Items must be shipped back within 5 business days of approval.

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect due to our error.

We recommend using a trackable courier service. Zida Noire is not responsible for items lost or delayed during return shipping.


5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you by email.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Refunds are issued only for the product cost — shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.


6. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange your item for another piece or size (subject to availability), please email zidanoire@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.
Exchanges can only be processed after we receive the original item in its original condition.


7. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos or video proof.
We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost once verified.


8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:

  1. Recheck your bank or credit-card account.

  2. Contact your payment provider — processing times may vary.

  3. If you’ve done all this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at zidanoire@gmail.com.
